Coresaw blades and diamond blades for the stone industry
The diamond segments of the diamond blades are manufactured using multilayer construction technology. In the diamond disc segment, hard and soft layers alternate. In sawing, the surface of the segment is grooved; therefore, the blade’s sawing speed and durability are greatly improved. We have three hardness versions in our stock to optimize sawing speed and quality.
Turning device
A device that facilitates the processing and handling of borehole rock samples. With the turning device, even crushed stone samples can be quickly moved from the storage box for examination or sawing. The 213-5000 turning device is patented.
Logging table
From us, you can get logging tables suitable for processing borehole rock samples, made to measure. The tables can be completely customized so that occupational safety and ergonomics are a priority. Additional assistive devices can be designed in connection with the tables according to wishes, each project is tailored to meet the specific needs of the customer, thus ensuring a perfect end result every time.
Sample handling rack
A rack with an adjustable working angle designed for moving sample boxes. The stand has a place for the NTT Coresaw replacement cartridge and bars. The stand also has storage space for extra stone boxes and is easy to move thanks to the high-quality lockable wheels.
Fuel clip cleaner
Deburring of burn sections is a necessary work step after burn cutting of the sections.In the Purce combustion clip cleaner, the pieces rotate inside the rubberized drum, rubbing against each other mechanically, so the combustion burrs and slag splashes come off, connecting to the exhaust air device enables efficient operation and the pieces are free of dust. The processing time is infinitely adjustable as a combination of time and rounding speed. The machine only needs a 230VAC 16A socket to operate.
Tire fitter
The tire mounting device is a smart platform for large tires, the tire is raised steplessly with the help of hydraulics, so the tire can be rotated while it is raised to the correct mounting height. Tubes with ball bearings enable even heavy tires to be rotated hydraulically. High-quality wheels that rotate in all directions enable positioning. The tire fitter does not need power to operate.
Turntables for the wall element
The turning tables of the wall element are designed to meet the customer’s special needs, thus ensuring a perfect end result. The wall element is locked with compressed air and turning is done with the help of hydraulics. Additional assistive devices can be designed in connection with the tables according to wishes.
